Food Lion, a trusted name in grocery retail with deep roots in North Carolina, will anchor the new 20-acre neighborhood shopping district at Welden Village, offering neighbors an extensive product assortment that includes fresh produce, quality meats and a wide variety of items to meet individual and family needs.
The store will also offer convenient services such as Food Lion To Go online ordering with curbside pickup and/or home delivery, providing residents with a friendly shopping experience centered on freshness, affordability and community connection.
Construction is slated to begin in early January.
