Winston-Salem, N.C. (September 22, 2025) – Pine State Development, the community development and partner to locally owned homebuilder Arden Homes, has appointed Justin Mendenhall to serve as Director of Development. Mendenhall will lead Pine State Development’s strategic initiatives as the company gears up to announce multiple residential and commercial development projects in the coming months.
Mendenhall’s appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to strengthening Pine State Development’s communities through high value projects that will enhance offerings and stimulate local economic growth.
