Winston-Salem, N.C. (Dec. 15, 2025) – Pine State Development today announced plans for the Borough of Rockdale, a 150-home expansion at Welden Village in Kernersville that will serve as a vital connection between existing and future neighborhoods in this growing Triad community.
Construction on the new development is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2026, with lot delivery to the builder partner, Arden Homes, expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
